WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FACILITY MANAGER FOR OUR NURSING HOME "HOUSE OF FRIENDS" (W/M/D) (PART-TIME, 50-80% - PERMANENT) YOUR TASKS * Overall responsibility for the management of the nursing home and ensuring smooth operations * Ensuring high-quality, individualized and needs-based care and support for our residents * Personnel management, planning and development to ensure a motivated and professional team * Decision-making and implementation of new admissions of residents; if necessary, consultation with the responsible parties.
