For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a telephone customer service representative / administrative assistant (m/f/d) in debt management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Negotiating payment agreements over the phone to settle outstanding invoices
  • Recording all business processes in the company's own software
  • Creating comprehensive call notes
  • Initiating initial followup steps and further measures
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Previous professional experience in a similar position
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proficient in keyboard use for database maintenance and enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with companyspecific software
