For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a telephone customer service representative / administrative assistant (m/f/d) in debt management.
Your responsibilities:
- Negotiating payment agreements over the phone to settle outstanding invoices
- Recording all business processes in the company's own software
- Creating comprehensive call notes
- Initiating initial followup steps and further measures
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Previous professional experience in a similar position
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Strong customer orientation
- Proficient in keyboard use for database maintenance and enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with companyspecific software
