As a specialist for system gastronomy, you will implement a standardized, centrally controlled gastronomy concept in all areas of a restaurant. You ensure that the offerings, quality, and service adhere to the established rules.

The training as a specialist for system gastronomy at TT-Line GmbH & Co. KG is a new challenge every day. You react and act confidently and flexibly towards the various mentalities of our passengers, while always keeping our gastronomy concept in mind and enjoying the fresh sea breeze of the Baltic Sea.

Requirements:

  • Interest in working with people
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Commitment and willingness to learn
  • Good secondary school education

Fixed dates for the training schedule:

Training period: 3 years

Next entry opportunity:

Vocational school: Block lessons at the Gewerbeschule in Kiel

Training salary: according to collective agreement

Training location: Ferries of the shipping company, e.g. MS "Nils Holgersson"
