Your job with us:

  • First point of contact and communication center of the car dealership
  • Professional customer advice and support in all matters related to service, repair technology, and their profitability
  • Processing of warranty and goodwill claims, as well as creating cost estimates
  • Appointment coordination, general administrative tasks, and shared responsibility for customer data maintenance are not foreign to you

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical training with relevant manufacturerspecific training
    (_with GASB training, or willingness to obtain it, master mechanic title desirable or advantageous_
    ):
  • Work experience in a car dealership, particularly first-hand experience in the aftersales department
  • High service and customeroriented mindset, including a passion for automobiles
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
