Freising, we are looking for the following position as soon as possible:

Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the procurement of services and materials for national and international projects, including commercial processing
  • Independent procurement of offers, procurement market analyses (supplier search and comparisons) as well as price comparisons
  • Independent clarification and negotiation of delivery and payment terms
  • Verification and responsibility for correct accounting
  • Creation and triggering of orders in SAP
  • Regular evaluation of suppliers based on predefined key figures
  • Creation of supplier contacts (e.g. price negotiations, product advice, etc.)
  • Creation of new material master data, suppliers, prices and order book maintenance in SAP, requesting data sheets according to guidelines and supplier declarations
  • Central contact person for the assigned area of expertise
  • Preparation of statistical evaluations for price negotiations (e.g. regarding suppliers, price developments, sales developments, etc.)
  • Checking of invoices and credit notes and release
  • Participation in purchasing projects

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education with further training as a technician / master /
