It is part of the Engelhard Group, which has several branches in the southern Bavarian region and a successful company history.

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated OPERATIONS MANAGER (M/F/D) to join our team. * Organizing and monitoring all operational processes * Responsibility for sales, costs, and personnel * Customer, supplier, and market analysis * Negotiations with customers and suppliers * Cross-group procurement of products * General tasks related to managing a wholesale business * Exchange and coordination of activities with the management


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive professional and managerial experience in a similar position
  • Completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
