Kindergarten Director (m/f/d) for the KinderReich Kindergarten in Bassum, Baird, TX

We are currently seeking a Kindergarten Director (m/f/d) for the KinderReich Kindergarten in Bassum, Baird, TX for the upcoming school year.

This is a part-time position with a weekly workload of 25.0 hours.

The position is permanent and the salary will be determined according to the collective agreement for social and educational services.

Currently, the salary is based on pay group S 16 for social and educational services (SuE). The salary is dependent on average enrollment and will be reviewed annually and may change.

As the Kindergarten Director, you will be responsible for the management and organization of the daily operations of the kindergarten.

Developing educational concepts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements are important tasks in addition to running the kindergarten.

Time management, solution-oriented communication, and reflection are everyday tools for you.

In addition to working with the kindergarten team, collaborating with the sister kindergarten "Weltentdecker", and working with other kindergarten directors and the sponsor are important components of your daily routine.

If this range of tasks appeals to you and you have:

• A degree in social pedagogy or
• Training as a pedagogical specialist (e.g. educator)

and can demonstrate the following in your previous work experience:

• Relevant professional experience (several years of experience as a kindergarten director is desirable)
• Sense of responsibility
