Description
We are seeking a Working Student to assist our Logistics & Operations department in Crookston, MN.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Operations Manager to plan and execute various tasks and projects in our warehouse, logistics, and operations.
  • Assist the Operations Team with documenting and managing ongoing projects.
  • Help train and onboard new team members on our operations, processes, and software in our warehouses.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our operations and logistics.
  • Participate in creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards.
  • Support the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services for different departments.
  • Assist with troubleshooting ongoing projects in the operations department.

Requirements:

  • Fluent or native proficiency in German and advanced/native proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Technologically savvy with knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, BI Tools, Project Management Tools, Warehouse Management Systems, and ERP Systems.
  • Must be located in Berlin.
  • Proactive and handson attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in German.
  • Creative and forwardthinking with a strong sense of selfawareness.
  • Highly flexible, able to work under pressure, and take accountability for tasks.
