Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction within the Park & Control Center team
- Managing and optimizing work processes and service standards
- Conducting coaching and training sessions
- Analyzing team productivity
- Creating staff schedules
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team
- Assisting with the recruitment of new team members
Your qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership and ideally knowledge of customer service
- Excellent service and quality orientation
