Your responsibilities

  • You review and create incoming and outgoing invoices (billing).
  • You handle preparatory accounting tasks, including processing travel expenses and credit card statements, and verifying bookings.
  • You maintain and reconcile relevant accounts, especially those related to external funds.
  • You serve as a contact person for external parties such as tax consultants and service providers.
  • You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You work closely with our account management and customer service teams.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
  • Previous professional experience in finance/accounting, controlling, as a tax specialist, or in similar roles.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with strong German language skills.
  • You work independently, with great attention to detail and in an organized manner.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a high level of initiative.
