Role/Summary

At Chicken Express, the position of Team Member is one of great importance. Our Team Members fill multiple positions throughout the store. These are critical positions to ensure our meals are ready to go in an EXPRESS and accurate manner. Team Members fill the positions of Cashier, Order Taker, Packers, Prep & Dishwasher.

After visiting with you, your hiring manager will determine what position will be best to start with your initial training.

Once you have learned that position, we will teach you other positions.

We like to rotate Team Members through positions, so you dont get bored doing the same thing over and over.


Our Team Members set the tone for our guests experience and must be chipper, smiling, and friendly at ALL times.

Team member positions are fast-paced and never slow down.

You must care for our guests and ensure they are given their correct order in an EXPRESS manner. And always remind them, See you next time
