SCP is currently seeking an intentional, experienced
Sales Administrator to support & represent our amazing sales team.
This is a fully remote opportunity - preferably MST or PST.
Competitive Rate of $20-22 per hour plus a bonus structure. 4o hours per week.

Your New Opportunity:
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for proactively supporting and representing the sales department and sales managers as needed in a flexible, professional, and courteous manner.
What You Will Master:
- You are an excel, reporting, and analytics pro. You love to gather and report on data.
- Assist the sales team's daytoday activities
- Work in a remote environment, juggling multiple time zones. This is a deadlinedriven role, so time management and the ability to meet deadlines in different time zones is key.
- Process proposals, contracts, and other paperwork for Sales Managers in a timely manner.
- Serve as sales and service support for Sales Managers by qualifying all requests and inquiries.
- Make arrangements for sales VIP clients.
- Keep informed on current industry trends, regarding food and beverage, meeting
- Assist with arranging and conducting special events, site inspections, and offsite
- Maintain client files and updated information daily in accordance with established
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and
- Industry expert on tech stack, related to role.
- Assist in the preparation of month and quarterend production reports.
- Distribute all inbound sales leads to Sales Managers based on current deployment.
- Assists in auditing and updating sales contracts, proposals, and any additional collateral
- Manages and updates the sales database (cheat sheet).
- Assists with the annual rollout of business travel rate letters and maint. of new inbound
- Other duties as assigned.
The Essentials:
- Previous experience supporting rapidgrowth sales team.
(2+ years preferred)A + If you have worked with Delphi* - HS diploma or higher
- West Coast or MST
- Self-Starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problemsolver who can come up with creative solutions that take soul, community, and the planet into account with every decision.
- Techsavvy. Proficient in Microsoft, GSuite and ability to learn other software quickly as we onboard new programs.
- Energized by a rapid and everchanging startup environment.
