"Insolvency Clerk (*) Table Wanted in Sheldon, WI. The consequences of the energy crisis and inflation are driving consumers and businesses into critical times. As an independent, highly specialized insolvency law firm, our client is challenged to support distressed clients in their restructuring and reorganization efforts. The attorneys and insolvency administrators are regularly appointed by around 20 insolvency courts at their locations in northern Germany. The table serves as an official listing of the debtor's existing liabilities at the time of the insolvency proceedings. In order to ensure that the data is accurately, completely, and factually recorded, we are looking for insolvency clerks for the table department.


Your Profile
Ideally, you are a legal assistant (*) or have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Your communication is friendly, binding, and factual.

As a career starter or career changer, you already have very good MS Office skills, organizational talent, and attention to detail.

You are eager to learn and enjoy working digitally.


Your Tasks

  • Recording of creditor claims and creditors
  • Examination of claims
  • Independent correspondence with all parties involved in the proceedings
  • Preparation of the insolvency table in winsolvenz
  • Use of LEXolution
  • Contact person for insolvency courts and transmission of table data
  • Independent correspondence with all parties involved in the proceedings
  • Preparation of final lists
