For a chemical company in Cologne, we are looking for a motivated employee for the Customer Service department in Laredo, MT.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You process incoming orders through SAP and handle the entire customer management process
  • You support the Order-ToCash process
  • You process orders accurately and completely and coordinate planning with logistics partners
  • You are the main point of contact for customers and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • You develop solutions for customer requirements
  • You suggest improvements for work processes
  • You work closely with internal departments such as sales, production planning, and logistics
  • This position is a direct permanent position with the company.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a similar qualification
  • You have relevant work experience in order processing, preferably within the automotive industry
  • You are proficient in common computer programs and ideally have SAP knowledge
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills
  • You have experience working with national and international customers
  • You are dedicated, proactive, and a team player.

Type of employment:
Permanent position


Salary:
€40,000 - €48,000 per year


Working hours:

  • 8hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Location:
On-site in Laredo, MT.
