Invoicing Associate (m/f/d) in Werder (Havel), Staint Clair, PA.

A hybrid work model with 2-3 days of remote work is possible.


Solua will only assist in the initial candidate approach, and the first interviews will be conducted directly by the company.

  • You act as a local process expert for the monthly execution of the invoicing process based on the costplus model
  • Collaboration with the Head of Invoicing Process for Europe and the UK to accompany changes to the standard invoicing process
  • Defining new implementation approaches
  • Managing the monthly consolidation of all costs and ensuring timely input from all colleagues in the agreed formats
