As a corporate lawyer (m/f/d) at EBZ Group, you will be responsible for all legal matters in an internationally operating company.

In this challenging position, your focus will be on providing comprehensive advice to the management and departments on all relevant legal issues.

Your main task will be to independently develop practical solutions while considering economic aspects.


Your responsibilities

  • Advising the management and internal departments on all legal issues, especially in civil, commercial, and corporate law, both nationally and internationally
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts with customers, suppliers, and other business partners at home and abroad (e.g. purchase, rental, and framework agreements, confidentiality agreements, general purchasing conditions)
  • Central contract management
  • Advising the board of directors and supervisory board on corporate and commercial law topics and issues
  • Preparing and accompanying judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, including correspondence with courts, lawyers, and external parties
  • Independently assuming the role of data protection officer for the EBZ Group
  • Managing insurance and claims independently

Your profile

  • Completed degree in law, legal studies, or business law with successfully passed second state examination
  • Ideally, professional experience in an industrial company or economically oriented law firm
  • Knowledge in the areas of data protection and compliance
  • Very good English skills
  • Negotiation skills and communication strength
