Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather user stories and use cases
Provide technical support and training to clients and endusers
Research and evaluate new no code and low code platforms and technologies

Education & Experience Recommended**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Proficient in using various no code and low code platforms and tools, and ability to learn new ones quickly (required).
Strong understanding of data structures, logic, workflows and bot automation technology (required).
Knowledge of HTML and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python and/or Liquid (required).
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and process optimization (required).
Introduction to AI tools, processes and use cases (required).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills (required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required).
Attention to detail and quality (required).
A background in Legal Operations or Corporate Legal a plus
