For a well-known, internationally operating company based in Lübbecke, we are currently looking for an experienced 1st & 2nd level supporter (m/f/d) in full-time for direct employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for user inquiries
  • Organization of helpdesk & tickets
  • Instruction/training of users
  • Execution of necessary data corrections
  • Monitoring of regular system jobs and software maintenance
  • Creation of concepts for implementing new/modified user requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a computer scientist or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Several years of professional experience in application support (MS Dynamics NAV)
  • Programming skills
  • Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server
