Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Operate the cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions with precision
  • Scan products to ensure accurate pricing
  • Address customer concerns, offer guidance, and provide relevant information
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the checkout areas
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions
  • Assist customers in finding products within the store
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote products or special offers

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Experience in Jewelry sales, Retail sales, or Product demos is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage transactions effectively
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail math for precise transactions
  • Familiarity with cash registers and handling cash transactions
  • Bilingual proficiency is beneficial for catering to diverse customers

Job Types:
