I am looking for a ground floor with a furnished kitchen, a complete living room and a fireplace, all open plan, a small bathroom and an upper floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside, there should be a pool, a barbecue area, and a chill out zone. The usable area of the house to be built should be over 100 m2. It will have 2 floors and 4 rooms. I am interested in a Mediterranean style of construction. I do not have land and I am looking for advice.

I would like to include additional elements on the land such as a pool, barbecue area, and chill out zone.

I do not have a project signed by a professional architect and I need advice. I plan to start construction within 3 to 6 months. My preference for the service is the best price.
