Your tasks:

Dive deep into our product and find the optimal solution for each of our customers' diverse use cases
Our customers will be grateful for your support via phone, email, or chat
As the most important interface between the customer and Crewmeister, you will qualify customer inquiries in customer service for further processing in the development of our solution
You will identify upselling potential with our existing customers and introduce them to new products and features that will make their lives easier
Continuously identify potential for improvement in our processes and tools to actively develop Crewmeister
