We are seeking a long-term Product Owner (f/m/x) to join our IT team at our Bavarian location in Marktoberdorf. Our team is dedicated to revolutionizing agriculture and promoting sustainable food production. Through collaboration with our customers and partners, we are committed to driving the digital transformation in agriculture.

As a member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the development of Smart Farming solutions and work with colleagues from six different countries.

What You Will Do

Refine product features and stories
Maintain the integrity and conception of product features
Ensure quality control of product features
Manage the product from conception to pilot phase

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, or IT
Experience with digital products
Ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
Strong mediation skills
Solutionoriented mindset
Experience in agile project management

A Plus If You Have

Proven experience in agile product methodology and software development
Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation and change in a dynamic environment
