My client is a highly successful automotive trading group. The company is one of the top 100 in the industry.

As part of a planned succession, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (m/f/d) to develop processes in strategic controlling and finance and accounting to support further expansion.

The company is based in Avon, IN.


Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the entire finance department and strategic controlling.
  • You will lead a team of approximately 12 employees.
  • You will organize, digitize, and standardize all essential business processes.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education.
  • You have several years of successful experience in finance and accounting in the automotive industry.
  • You have current business knowledge and work conceptually.
  • You develop and use digital solutions.
  • You implement agreed measures.
