Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently creating bankspecific appraisals and value indications for all types of properties, particularly commercial real estate
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Reviewing appraisals from external appraisers
  • Conducting regular reviews of real estate collateral in accordance with CRR and MaRisk regulations
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and assessing price developments and market fluctuations in the relevant real estate market
  • Actively participating in the development of processes and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Advising employees and decisionmakers on real estate valuation issues (e.g. evaluating real estate investment projects and developments)
