Job Description:

As the Chief Lake, your responsibilities will include independently conducting quality control checks on construction projects to identify any defects.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and conducting acceptance inspections, as well as assessing and evaluating defects in the field of electrical engineering (ELT) and developing solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating expert opinions to assess claims of defects and damages from an electrical perspective.

You will also provide competent support to clients and act as a mediator between different parties.

Qualifications:

Completed degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Extensive professional experience in the building or electrical engineering industry
Knowledge of construction law and experience in creating expert opinions is preferred
Fluent in German with strong negotiation skills
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, assertiveness, and problemsolving skills
Proven customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to think outside the box.
