For our Elbe West facility at the Friesenweg location, we are looking for a specialist for work and vocational training (m/f/d) for the kitchen as soon as possible.

The position is for 39 hours per week and is permanent.

Your tasks:

  • Organizing processes and ensuring quality in a group with at least 12 employees
  • Providing professional guidance to employees and production specialists in the field of communal catering
  • Strengthening the independence of employees (empowerment approach)
  • Developing and conducting training programs for employees
  • Production of up to 350 meals per day
  • Representing the kitchen management
  • Compliance with legal requirements and hygiene regulations, HACCP quality assurance

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
  • It is desirable to have completed training as a certified specialist for work
