Dual Study Program for Diplom-Administrative Officers (m/f/d)

(Junior staff for entry into the 3rd qualification level of the administrative and financial career path, with a focus on non-technical administrative services).

The program focuses on law (e.g. constitutional law, administrative law, private law, etc.), economics and finance, as well as administrative organization. The studies will be completed at the University of Public Administration (Department of General Internal Administration) in Hof. During the practical training, you will go through the various departments of the city administration and get to know the structure of a modern administration. The program qualifies you for handling complex legal issues and for future leadership positions. In direct contact with citizens, in addition to solid expertise, empathy, negotiation skills, and organizational talent are also required.
