We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Personal Insurance at our headquarters in Hannover, starting as soon as possible.

Here's what you can look forward to:

You will support the Coordinator (m/f/d) for Personal Insurance in managing the Sales Managers (m/f/d) for Personal Insurance in our regional offices.

You will support our sales team in the personal insurance business, potentially even directly with brokers (m/f/d) and customers (m/f/d) nationwide.

This includes identifying customer needs, monitoring production and inventory based on growth and profitability, as well as initiating sales activities and technical training.

You will also be involved in the development and introduction of new products. You will analyze and optimize internal departmental and sales processes and identify potential for change and opportunities. You will coordinate the interfaces between sales and management. You will support in identifying training needs for the field staff and
