We are currently seeking a new team member (m/f/d) for the School Office of the School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) at our Garching campus near Munich, to start as soon as possible.

We manage all research funds from our national, European, and international sponsors, including leading industrial companies and institutional funders such as state and federal ministries, the German Research Foundation (DFG), and foundations. In addition, the European Union provides significant funding for cutting-edge research at our school. As one of the pillars of the School Office, we serve as the interface to the central administration of TUM. Your responsibilities will include financial administration of our research projects. This includes, among other things, booking all incoming and outgoing invoices with SAP R/3 in compliance with BayHO. You will also generate invoices for our industrial partners.
