The Position of Associate Director of Sales Force Effectiveness is a crucial role within the Commercial Operations team at Ferring. The role involves enhancing sales force efficiency through targeting, call planning, data management, and performance analysis to drive excellence in the commercial sector. Success in this role requires strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SFE support for various sales teams and departments
- Understand sales strategies and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
- Mentor new users on SFE tools and data usage
- Develop and implement effective customer call planning tools
- Lead launch excellence for new brands with SFE recommendations
- Manage vendor relationships for project monitoring and deliverables
- Act as a subject matter expert for SFE and sales data business rules
- Support sales force reporting and analysis through centralized platforms
- Conduct training sessions for PowerBI and other sales operation tools
- Engage in data management to drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance business analytics and information management
- Support BU Heads on Brand strategy improvements
- Deliver scalable solutions to align with Commercial technology and processes
Requirements:
- Strong business and technology acumen, experience with PowerBI, OCE, and MDM a plus
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Meticulous approach to work and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Over 10 years of experience in sales analytics and operations within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred or relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits:
Ferring provides a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 for this role, with additional annual incentives based on individual and company performance.
