Creating Fascination: Your Tasks

Ensuring the production program through proactive management of production orders
Monitoring work progress in the assigned production area to meet deadlines, quality and cost requirements
Managing maintenance work and supporting industrial engineering in workplace design
Determining production alternatives in case of production capacity failure in consultation with the production manager
Participating in quality assurance and implementing prescribed quality standards
Proposing and implementing production optimization tasks and analyzing causes of disruptions and irregularities in the process
Disciplinary and professional leadership and motivation of employees

Bringing Strengths: Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an electrician or a comparable training with an electronic background

• Additional training as a master or state-certified technician required

• Several years of professional experience

• Experience in the production of electrical/electronic components and switchgear

• REFA knowledge advantageous

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
