The department bundles all public activities of Hamburg Airport. This includes corporate communication, environmental department, event department, political department and occupational safety.

We work digitally, closely networked and in interdisciplinary teams to prepare our diverse and exciting topics in a target group-oriented manner.

Here we are looking for a full-time event manager (m/f/d) with 39 hours/week.

You can expect exciting tasks:
Conceptualization of different formats for internal and external events Complete responsibility and implementation (preparation, setup, execution, dismantling and follow-up) of all external events and assistance in planning and executing internal events Communication with visitors and recording of conversation topics Communication with all partners/agencies/organizations involved in the event Collaboration with external service providers and agencies Care and distribution of marketing materials Assumption of organizational tasks in the event and neighborhood office and cost calculations You stand out with: A completed training as an event manager (m/f/d) or a comparable equivalent qualification with relevant experience in the described field of activity You have demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of events and are able to implement them independently You live and love communication at
