Workshop, trucks, vehicle technology, customer orders, service, customer orientation - every day, you will be working in this dynamic environment, organizing the service department at Wackenhut so well that customers are delighted and the workshop is fully booked.


Your area of responsibility:


  • You lead the aftersales service department with expertise, personnel, and resultsoriented management.
  • You plan, control, and organize processes from customer intake to invoicing, ensuring positive customer feedback.
  • You see yourself as an entrepreneur for your workshop and develop ideas to maximize workshop capacity.
  • You and your team make customers happy by returning their "sacred metal" in top condition and on time.
  • You select and develop employees, optimizing their performance in your team.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have a commercial and/or technical education and have already worked in a vehicle service company ideally in a leadership position.
  • You have repeatedly demonstrated that you can achieve added value for your department through goaloriented leadership.
  • You are familiar with agile leadership techniques and enjoy
