Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) in Payroll:

Your expertise is needed here:

Responsible for payroll processing for selected payroll areas
Processing of salary and pension payments
Maintenance of personnel files
Support in the management of our time tracking system and personnel information system
Handling of fundamental issues, such as social benefits and retirement provisions
Collection and preparation of data for external official statistics

What we expect from you:

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a bank clerk, industrial clerk, (social) insurance clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
Relevant professional experience in payroll processing, including company pension schemes
Knowledge of social security and income tax law, and ideally basic knowledge of labor law
Proficient in common computer applications such as MS Excel and ideally Lessor/NAPA
