Your responsibilities:
- You will work with stateoftheart IT (communication) technologies, such as contact center solutions, voice over IP, networks, and firewalls.
- You will analyze data sources and data provisioning.
- You will evaluate common IT systems and customerspecific solutions.
- You will support us in exciting (large) projects in the telecommunications sector with a focus on current technology.
- Together with the team, you will develop concepts, participate in system implementations, and support customers in the service and operation of solutions.
