We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse to join our team.

As a Treatment Nurse you will also play an important role in helping our residents continue to live a meaningful and purpose life, by providing services to residents at the facility.

We are trying to ensure that residents maintain a safe and comfortable home-like atmosphere.


Duties:

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans according to wound care treatment
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records according to doctors' orders
• Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Experience:

• Must have a Nurse License in good standing with the State of Texas
• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and wound care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed medical records
