EVS Housekeeping Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Overnight)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and sanitary, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of environmental services and commercial cleaning practices.Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, including floor care, sanitization, and waste disposal
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, including inspections, maintenance requests, and inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or custodial management role
- Knowledge of environmental services practices in a commercial or hospital setting
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to housekeeping operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments

Pay:
$23.00 per hour
