EVS Housekeeping Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and sanitary, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of environmental services and commercial cleaning practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, including floor care, sanitization, and waste disposal
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities, including inspections, maintenance requests, and inventory

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or custodial management role
  • Knowledge of environmental services practices in a commercial or hospital setting
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to housekeeping operations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments

Pay:
$23.00 per hour
