THE POSITION:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Review and process all project costs and financial data, including budgets, change orders, budget adjustments, and monthly progress billings in Sage 100.
  • Comply with and facilitate monthly job forecast meetings to review and evaluate committed costs, costs to date, and final projected costs for each project.
  • Run and distribute weekly job cost reports to keep stakeholders informed of project financial status.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain uptodate compliance documentation, including CIOs, preliens, and vendor documents to ensure the company remains compliant with all legal and contractual requirements.
  • Textura Payment Management: Track compliance documents and AIA pay apps in the Textura Payment Management system to streamline payment processes.
  • Additional Support: Assist with additional project management, compliance, accounting

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 1 year of Project Coordinator experience
  • Highly
- motivated person that is constantly looking to exceed.

  • Detailoriented individual.
  • Strong writing and verbal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
