Here you can realize yourself:
As a Founders Associate, you will act as a sparring partner for the CEO and be responsible for tasks beyond those of a traditional executive assistant, including the following:

  • You will analyze ongoing company processes and derive recommendations for optimization based on them.
  • You will create calculations and visualize data for decisionmaking templates.
  • You will quickly familiarize yourself with new areas, research topics, and present them summarized to the management.
  • You will accompany customer appointments and keep track of resulting tasks.
  • You will take on crossdepartmental projects and subprojects.

What we expect from you:

  • You are in the advanced semester of your businessrelated master's degree and have already gained practical experience in the working world.
  • You work with a quick grasp, independently, structured, and with a sense of responsibility.
  • You have a handson mentality and are eager to actively contribute to the company.
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office products and modern IT.
  • You have fluent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
