Responsibilities:

Processing of basic commercial processes (creating purchase requisitions, invoice coding) in SAP
Maintenance and development of filing/documentation
Support in creating and maintaining delivery instructions
Creating and maintaining technical manuals/instructions
Support in creating and maintaining technical specifications
Creating and tracking the classification process of technical equipment in the field of technical building equipment
Creating and maintaining documentation in project environment and during equipment maintenance

Qualifications:

Completed technical/commercial vocational training with initial experience in administrative tasks
Knowledge and experience with ERP/SAP systems would be desirable
Knowledge and experience with QMS/TrackWise would be desirable
Good MS Office skills required
