For the urban drainage department, wastewater treatment group, we are currently seeking a

Specialist (m/f/d) for Wastewater Technology

Your responsibilities

Control and monitoring of wastewater treatment processes
Analysis of wastewater (according to AQS including documentation)
Operation of technical equipment and devices, including sludge dewatering
Independent execution of regular maintenance and cleaning tasks throughout the wastewater treatment plant
Independent troubleshooting of mechanical malfunctions
If necessary, sampling for indirect discharge monitoring

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a specialist for wastewater technology or waste management specialist with a focus on wastewater
Possession of a class B driver's license
Willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with the tasks at hand
Independent and responsible work ethic
Willingness to work outside of regular working hours, on weekends and holidays, and if needed, at other municipal wastewater treatment plants
Willingness to participate in oncall duty and work in rotating shifts

Salary
The salary corresponds to pay group 7 TVoD-VKA.
