Stuttgart, Augsburg Your tasks You develop, implement and optimize company processes of our railway company to increase its efficiency and quality For this, you analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials and optimize them You monitor and control the implementation of process improvements and analyze and correct any deviations You ensure that all employees are involved and trained in the processes of the integrated management system You support the occupational safety specialist in implementing their tasks and projects Your profile You have a degree or a comparable education and several years of in-depth expertise in process management You ideally have professional experience in a railway or transport company (e.g. Deutsche Bahn or other railway companies) You can demonstrate experience in planning, coordinating, analyzing and optimizing processes You are characterized by logical, analytical and interconnected
