What can you achieve with this opportunity at St. Marys Point?

During your studies, you will become an expert in people and develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of training and further education. In six semesters, you will learn all important areas of activity and departments of personnel development and acquire specialized and methodological knowledge in the areas of personnel management, personnel and organizational development.

  • You will conduct your own seminars and coach our trainees in the areas of food product knowledge and commercial activities
  • You will develop, design and improve training concepts for trainees in retail
  • You will be responsible for the preparation, follow-up and documentation of trainings and seminars
  • You will get to know various areas of personnel work, such as recruiting, seminar management, training and digital learning
  • You will support in the recruitment of trainees at training events and try to introduce young people to the love of food
  • After completing your studies, you will start as a trainer (m/f/d) in personnel development and train our trainees in specialized and methodological competencies
