We are currently looking for a Purchaser for indirect materials and services (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time with 35 to 40 hours per week.


Your tasks:


  • You systematically develop valueoptimized purchasing strategies and implement them
  • You continuously analyze procurement markets to position the company in the best possible way in each market
  • You conduct price and market analyses for product and service groups in terms of potential savings
  • You are responsible for conducting tenders
  • You negotiate prices and contracts and conclude framework agreements with national and international suppliers
  • You optimize internal and external purchasing processes
  • You manage special projects in indirect purchasing

Your profile:


  • You ideally have a degree in economics or a commercial education with further training as a specialist or business economist (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in indirect purchasing
  • You have the ability to think and act analytically, entrepreneurially and strategically, are organized and have a strong handson mentality
  • You have a high level of initiative, communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • You have basic knowledge of contract design and contract law
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel, as well as previous experience with ERP systems, ideally MS
