We are seeking someone who possesses the following qualities:

  • Unwavering attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational prowess
  • Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in facilitation and presentation, ensuring clear communication
  • Proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous
  • Demonstrated passion for the business and industry, with a keen desire to master product and service knowledge
  • Confidence and assertiveness in approach
  • Dependable and responsible with an innovative mindset
  • Skilled in negotiation and adept at building rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering results within agreedupon timelines
  • Located in Annapolis, MD or Montreal, Quebec
What You Will Work On

  • Responsible for coordinating the onboarding and implementation of new products and services for select Crisis24 clients and other projects as assigned.
  • Liaise with the relevant Major Account Executive and Account Manager to confirm service offerings and entitlement based on each client contract.
  • Work directly with the client to obtain relevant information to perform the onboarding and signoff on any launch requirements.
  • Communicate significant issues or concerns to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure each client is kept informed of progress throughout the onboarding process and made aware of any issues/delays, promptly.
  • Facilitate the golive process of new clients to provide a seamless experience for Crisis24 and the client. The Client Implementation Specialist will also ensure any postlaunch support requirements are communicated as relevant.
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the system and educate them on postImplementation process flow and communication channels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company strategies and technological/product development and participate in User Acceptance Testing of technology enhancements as needed.
  • Responsible for collecting and sharing key metrics and KPIs for assigned implementations.
  • Location: Annapolis, Maryland or Montreal, Québec preferred
What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 to 5 years experience
Information Security

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
