INVENTORY SPECIALIST - OVERVIEW:


This role involves working occasional night and weekend shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing ticket inventory and managing the supply chain
  • Inputting inventory into our point-of-sale system
  • Overseeing order fulfillment
  • Resolving technology issues internally and externally
  • Generating and handling various sales and inventory reports
  • Offering support across departments and organizations as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education and/or Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry
  • Familiarity with popular events (Music/Sports/Broadway/Family Shows) is advantageous
  • Strong computer and program navigation skills are preferred
  • Previous experience in sports and entertainment ticketing is a plus

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Google Suite
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

POSITION AND BENEFIT DETAILS:

  • Full-Time position, Non-Exempt
  • Regular PST work hours, with overtime and weekend availability

  • Yearly salary of $50,000 based on experience with potential for up to a 20% bonus
