With our team of 60 employees, we produce Emmental and hard cheese specialties as well as butter. Our own water source and sewage treatment plant ensure sustainable business practices. In our on-site cheese shop, we offer Allgäu cheese specialties.

Milk technologist (m/f/d) - Cheese maker

Tasks

  • As a production assistant, you make a crucial contribution to the smooth operation of our cheese dairy
  • Responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring the cheese filling process, including pressing
  • Operation of the salting system for our Emmental cheese
  • Implementation of proper cleaning and disinfection of equipment and machinery, operation and control of the cheese maker
