Change Coordinator (m/f/d)

Full-time (40 hours) / Flexible working hours

Our location in Maulburg is part of the international family-owned company Endress+Hauser. With 2,700 employees worldwide, we develop and produce innovative level and pressure measurement technology for industrial process automation.

The change management department offers an exciting and versatile position, in which you, as a change coordinator, take on the coordination and processing of change processes. The position of change coordinator is part of the team of technical drafters with 11 colleagues, which in turn is assigned to the mechanical design department. You are the contact person for technical feasibility, coordination, deadline monitoring, and support of all parties involved. In addition, you are significantly involved in decision-making processes, conduct trainings, moderate team meetings, and implement complex change processes.
