  • Timely execution of payroll accounting while adhering to all labor, tax, and social security regulations
  • Correspondence with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and social security agencies
  • Input, update, and maintenance of employee master data
  • Processing of personnel administration and contact person for all employees in personnelrelated matters in the area of salary accounting

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Further training as a personnel specialist (IHK) desirable
  • Indepth knowledge of labor, wage, and social security law
  • Ideally, experience in payroll accounting with Loga and TVöD
  • Independent, structured, and goaloriented work style
  • Sense of responsibility, confidentiality, discretion, and resilience
  • Serviceoriented work style and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
