Description
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) administrative assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in the department of Organization and Law at Alvarado.
Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining various rental properties, potentially taking on additional areas of responsibility
Handling invoicing, basic accounting tasks, and processing invoices
General secretarial and administrative tasks
Profile:
Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in rental property management or several years of professional experience
Independent and responsible work ethic, with a willingness to learn complex matters
Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
Proficient in MS Office applications and possibly SAP
